Details about renting the apartment

A short-term rental contract must be signed within one week of booking. We invite you to consult it before making the reservation by clicking HERE.

The minimum length of stay is 3 nights

6 people (including children)

Inclusions:

Services such as wireless internet, water, gas and electricity are included in the rental amount;
Snow removal from the parking lot as well as from the balconies and stairs is included.

Limitations:

Guests will not hold any party or big event and will respect the total number of 6 persons at all times;
The guest (signatory of the contract) must be 25 years of age or older;
Guests must respect the neighborhood tranquility, the boundaries of the land and the law on nuisance and noise after 10:30 p.m;
The apartment must be returned in the same condition as at the start of the rental;
The guest is responsible for the general cleaning and maintenance of the rented apartment during their stay;
The end-of-stay cleaning costs are $ 75.

Security deposit:

A security deposit of $ 500 is required at the time of booking;
This security deposit will be reimbursed in the days following departure, after the locator has ensured that all contractual obligations have been respected.

Cancellation policy:

In the event of cancellation at 7 days or more from the date of the start of this contract, 100% of the amount paid will be reimbursed.
In the event of cancellation within 7 days of the start of this contract, 75% of the amount paid will be reimbursement for the rental + $ 500 (guarantee) + $ 75 (cleaning costs).
The locator cannot guarantee the reservation without the total payment.
We suggest that you subscribe cancellation insurance.

Rates according to the seasons

Accommodation tax is included. GST and QST taxes are not included.

LOW SEASON

Up to 2 people $165 / night - supplement of $ 40 / person / night (max. 6 people).

HIGH SEASON

Up to 2 people $ 195 / night - supplement of $ 50 / person / night (max. 6 people).
